The combustion gases pass through the boiler tubes three times. This maximizes heat transfer from the fire to the water, significantly increasing efficiency.
Wet Back/Dry Back Options: These refer to how the rear of the boiler is cooled. A "Wet Back" design surrounds the rear combustion chamber with water, which further boosts thermal efficiency and reduces mechanical stress.
Net Thermal Efficiency: The system operates at 80% to 85% efficiency for pellets and up to 99% for gas, which is exceptionally high for industrial steam generation.
